Mamiya M645 // Ilford HP5+
Another self-portrait I took is included in Magali's Behind the Lensfeature, where you can see self-reflections by women such as Kate Miss (and her Ikonflex), Isabelle (and her Pentax), and Azzari (and her Hasselblad).

what a great feature, anne! and self portrait, too. i find them to be very interesting because, if one looks closely, they show a lot of little details that the photographer decided to include in the photo, that help tell a lot of the story. and as a plus, they're with film.
ReplyDeleteI love your photography. It is beautiful, honest and subtle. The composition and shade of the mood of your self-portrait is perfect. I think - French cinema :)
ReplyDeleteThis is such a beautiful self portrait. I love everything about it! Thanks for mentioning the feature too. :)
ReplyDeleteI've only just found your blog and I love it! This self portrait is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI keep coming back to look at this photo. It's perfection!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, mamiya M645 is the camera of my dreams! Such a lovely self portrait!
ReplyDeleteThank you, everyone!
ReplyDeleteIda -- if you can find a good deal on it, get it! I didn't pay much for mine.
Kim -- You're making me blush.
Jo -- Thank you! I hope you come back!
Magali -- Of course!
Olga -- That's so nice of you to say!
Vanessa -- I agree with you. I love self-portraits with (film) cameras the most, I think, though I do love the ones you just posted.
You are beautiful and so is this pic!
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Melissa
