A Migraine Day

Kinfolk to rest my eyes and green tea to stay hydrated and warm. The door left open, light streaming through. Walks, my preferred method for relieving migraines, are forbidden with a sprained ankle.

    1. Well, it's not that big a deal. It's more annoying than anything because my arm hasn't healed yet, so I can't do much. Can't hold anything with my left arm, can't walk very far because of my right ankle.

  2. There is only one thing that helps with my migraines - Ibuprofen 800.

    I hope you feel better!

    1. I might give that a try. Usually, I walk until I'm better. My migraines are natural light-related so there's a solution for them.

    1. Hey, at least I only got a cold this year! Usually, my body can't fight the flu or colds. Last year, I had the flu twice! This year, I'm eating a ton of different vegetables and plenty of grains and my immune system is getting stronger. My tendons and ligaments aren't, though!
